The show will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center - Hall A. For address and directions to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, click HERE. There are no assigned move in times, and no move in pass is required. We ask that all booths are set up with empties off show floor by 3:00 pm on Friday, February 17. Exhibitors may continue to set up inventory after that time.

We provide free, ready-to-use, downloadable marketing files such as labels, table tents, website banners, etc., for you to print and/or post yourself and use to promote your participation at ACRE Philadelphia.
If you signed up to exhibit at ACRE Philadelphia 2017 before October 14, be sure to check your mailbox soon for a packet of 150 free personalized business cards that we had shipped to you.
These are great to hand out at shows, include with your order shipments and more to help promote your participation and attract buyers to your booth at the show.
We are asking each ACRE Philadelphia 2017 artist exhibitor to give us a 'Wish List' of 5 buyers that you would REALLY like to see at the show, so that the IndieMe™ staff may contact with a personal invitation. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Submit your Show Specials to be included in our ACRE Plus program.
All show specials will be placed on a marketing page to be made available to retailers both online and via email. There will also be an ACRE Plus logo symbol denotation placed next to your exhibitor listing in our Show Directory, a flyer list handed out at the show, and an ACRE Plus sign provided to participating artist exhibitors to display in their booth.

Submit your participation for our ACRE Buyer Bonus Day program, where you will need to have a minimum of 100 free gift items to give away to the first 100 buyers to enter on the second day of the show.
Buyers will receive a special shopping bag with a list of all participating exhibitors along with their booth numbers. Buyers who visit the booths noted on this list will then receive a free gift from each of these exhibitors.

We are in need of your quality, hi-res product images to use in our print ads and marketing materials, as well as on our directional and floor signs at the show. Of course, this is a free promotion opportunity for our exhibitors, and all you need to do to be considered is email your 300 dpi hi-res image files (1800 pixels minimum, with the file size generally being 1MB or larger, JPEG or TIFF), at any time to email@example.com. To email images larger than 5 MB, you will need to use a web-based file sharing/sending program such as Dropbox, or Hightail (formerly YouSendIt).
Please note that only high-quality, professional images will be considered, so please make sure that your work is clear and in focus, with little or no reflection or shadowing in the background. Gradient backgrounds are preferred. Obvious drop cloth or outdoor backgrounds will NOT be considered. Also, images that can easily be cropped to a square shape are best, and please do not include any text or logos on the images.
Place an ad in the Buyer's Guide or Show Directory for maximum exposure to buyers.
ACRE Philadelphia is going mobile with an event app! The app will be available for all registered buyers and artist exhibitors to download for FREE in the App Store for iPhone and Google Play store for Android beginning mid-January 2017. You will receive an email beforehand with your login information and download instructions. Once you receive this email, please download the app as soon as possible to take the opportunity to get familiar with it and review your exhibitor information. If there is any information that needs updating, please send your changes to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exhibitors may also purchase a banner ad that will rotate at random every 5-15 seconds across the top of phone screens and bottom left corner of tablets, and link directly to your exhibitor information page within the mobile app. Once your ad is clicked, attendees will be able to quickly locate your booth on the floor plan, bookmark or add notes. The cost to purchase a banner ad is $150 and artwork will need to be submitted as two separate files - 1). 640 x 150 pixels for phones and 2). 552 x 150 pixels for tablets, PNG, JPG or GIF files only, emailed to email@example.com.
We are offering our ACRE Philadelphia 2017 exhibitors the opportunity to sponsor a table at the show to decorate/display your product and brochures. The table you sponsor will be yours for the duration of the show and offers great exposure for your art. For a $125 donation to CERF (Craft Emergency Relief Fund) you can secure one of these tables.
